Section 22(1) in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
(1)The State Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, supersede an authority for such period as may be specified in the order alter giving such authority a reasonable opportunity to show cause against the order proposed to be issued and after considering the objection, if any, of such authority.
