Section 649 in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
649. Sale of Property.
- No property belonging to a company which is being wound-up by the Court shall be sold by the Liquidator without the sanction of the Court. Where a sale is sanctioned by the Court, the sale shall be held by the Liquidator, if the Judge so directs, by an agent or auctioneer appointed by him for such purpose. All sales shall, unless the Judge otherwise directs, be made by public auction.
