Section 35 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
35. Resignation by member.
- A member desiring to resign his seat on the Central Council shall send his resignation in writing to the President and his resignation shall take effect from the date specified by him in this behalf or from the date of receipt of his letter by the President whichever is later, after confirmation from the member concerned.
