Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Single Window Clearance Act, 2002
(1)While prescribing time limits under Section 14, the State Government may notify the clearances in respect of which failure of the competent authority to pass final orders on the application within the stipulated time shall result in deemed approval.
