Section 121 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
121. Licensee liable for the acts of his employees.-
The licensee shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of his managers, servants or agents committed or made with his knowledge and consent and arising out or in connection with the cinema to which his licences relate.
