Section 52(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(2)Any expenses incurred by the State Government or by such person in exercising such power or performing such duty shall be paid out of the fund of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], and if the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] fails to pay the expenses, then the State Government may make an order directing any person who, for the time being, has custody of such fund to pay such expenses from such fund, and such person shall be bound to obey such order.
