Inspection of documents of the Council shall be granted to the members of the Council when not required for use by its legal advisers or otherwise and subject to the following conditions, namely :-(i)A notice in writing of three clear days shall be given to the Registrar, except when the Council is in session, when special leave may be granted.(ii)The subject of the documents needed for inspection shall be stated in the notice.(iii)The documents shall be open to inspect ion during office hours.(iv)Documents under inspection shall not be removed from the premises of the Council.(v)All such documents and the information derived therefrom shall be regarded as strictly confidential.IX.
