Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Branch) Rules, 2015
(1)No male / female candidate, who has more than one wife /husband, living, shall be eligible for appointment to the service unless Government after being satisfied that there are special grounds for doing so. exempt any candidate from the operation of this rule.
