Section 1 in The Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 1987
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 1987.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette as required under Section 124 of the Major Port Trusts Act.
