(42B)"Heritage Conservation Committee" means the Heritage Conservation Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 425D] [Clauses (42A) and (428) inserted by section 2(1) of the Calcutta Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act. 1997 (West Bengal Act 26 of 1997), w.e.f. 22.12.1997.]
