Section 55(2) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
(2)Such cessor shall not affect -(a)the previous operation of the said University Acts in respect of the colleges referred to in sub-section (1);(b)any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said University Acts; or(c)any investigation, legal proceedings or remedy in respect of such penalty, forfeiture or punishment and any such investigation, legal proceedings or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013 had not been passed.
