Section 5(1) in The Bist Industrial Corporation, Limited (Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1970
(1)Where any property has vested in the State Government under Section 3 every person in whose possession or custody or under whose control the property may be, shall forthwith deliver the property to the Collector.
