Section 36 in The Government Of Union Territories Act, 1963
36. Restriction on discussion in the Legislative Assembly.
-- No discussion shall take place in the Legislative Assembly of [the Union territory] [Substituted by Act 18 of 1987, Section 65, for "a Union territory" (w.e.f. 30-5-1987)] with respect to the conduct of any Judicial Commissioner or of any judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.
