Applicant in person. He submits that he has not been allowed to take charge of his post, on return from leave. He further submits that his representations dated 26.3.2015 (Annexure A-1) and 8.4.2015 (Annexure A-2) in this regard, have remained undecided and therefore, this Original Application may be disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Post Offices, Shahdol to consider and decide these representations, within a time frame.
2. Learned Sr. Central Govt. Standing counsel appearing for the respondent on advance copy of the O.A has no objection to it.
3. In view of it, without commenting on merits of the case, this Original Application is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Post Offices, Shahdol to consider and decide applicants representations dated 26.3.2015 (Annexure A-1) and 8.4.2015 (Annexure A-2), if not already decided, within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. For this purpose, the applicant must ensure that copies of his representations dated 26.3.2015 and 8.4.2015 are submitted to Superintendent of Post Offices, Shahdol, within a period of 10 days from the date of this order.
