(2)Where the society decides to have the work executed by architects and contractors, in first meeting a panel of architects and contractors not exceeding three in each case, shall be prepared after giving due publication of notice, in at least one daily newspaper having wide circulationProvided that when the total cost of the project of a Co-operative housing society exceeds rupees fifty lakhs, the society shall, in a meeting, decide to have the project executed by architects and contractors.
