Section 59(1) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)All Children's Home shall be open to visitors with the permission of the Superintendent or the Project Manager, particularly the representatives of local self government, voluntary organisations, social workers, researchers, medicos, academicians, prominent personalities, media and any other person, as the Superintendent or the Project Manager considers appropriate keeping in view the security, welfare, and the interest of the child.
