Mr. Partha Pratim Das For the State This is an application for bail filed by the Petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Inernational Airport Police Station Case No. 37 of 2015.
We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The allegation against the Petitioner is that he has procured various documents including his Passport, Birth Certificate and Pan Card on the basis of a false residential address. The same address has been mentioned in the cause title of the present petition.
After perusing the case diary and other relevant material, in our opinion, there is no need to continue the Petitioner in custody any further as he has already been detained for 69 days.
Accordingly, we allow this application and direct that the Petitioner, namely, Rabiul Seikh, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of `5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand) each, one of whom must be a local surety, to the satisfaction of the learned 2 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24- Parganas, subject to the condition that on being released on bail, the Petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of this case once in a week till the submission of the charge sheet.
The application for bail is, thus, disposed of.
