Section 16 in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016
16. Principals.
- Principal or Head of Institution shall be appointed in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed. They will be responsible for maintaining the discipline in the University and the overall achievements of the objects of the Institution/College.
