Section 58(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)As from the date of the constitution of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], the Punjab Urban Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964, in its application to the State of Haryana, shall stand repealed.
