Section 17(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by notice in writing in Form-9 signed by him and delivered either by such candidate in person or by his proposer at any time after the presentation of his nomination paper.
