Section 7(1)(j) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Metering) Regulations 2007

(j)A light emitting diode (LED) glow or pulse output coincident with end of each demand period shall be provided for inter face meters to ensure that demand integration coincides the preset time block.
