Section 23(4) in The High Court of Karnataka Rules, 1959
(4)The appellant shall be required to pay the cost calculated under sub-rule (2) of preparing every paper or document included in Part I of the paper book (other than cross-objections) and of preparing every paper or document pointed out by him for inclusion in Part II of the paper book. On payment of the total cost so calculated he shall be entitled to receive one copy of the entire paper book.
