21. Disqualification for membership of an authority or body.
- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or body of the University, if he,(i)is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; or(ii)is an un-discharged insolvent ; or(iii)has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude ; or(iv)has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination in any form.
