Section 1 in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Jharkhand] [Substituted for 'Bihar' by Notification no. 2000/86 dated 19.12.2000.] Agricultural University Act, 1987.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of [Jharkhand] [Substituted for 'Bihar' by Notification no. 2000/86 dated 19.12.2000.].(3)it shall come into force at once.
