Section 58(4) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(4)Zila Parishad while proposing to impose surcharge on stamp duty shall also send copy of notice to district registrar and sub-registrar of the district and in case of surcharge on agricultural produce, to the Director, Agricultural Marketing and Secretary Krishi Upaj Mandi Samitis in the district.
