Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to PSN College of Engineering and Technology, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli established and administered by the petitioner to start B.E - Automation and Robotics (Mechatronics) course with an intake of 60 students from the academic year 2005-2006.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to start B.E - Automation and Robotics (Mechatronics) course with an intake of 60 students from the academic year 2005-2006, the present writ petition came to be filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
