The Court :- It appears from the report of the Department dated May 16, 2016 that the application for probate is still pending although the main application is not traceable by the Department. The Department has also reported that an application being GA No. 4298 of 1999 as well as GA No. 1090 of 2000 are pending.
None appears for the parties.
In such circumstances, the Department will issue a notice to the propounder as also the learned Advocate for the propounder intimating them that in the event suitable steps are not taken in respect of the pending applications as well as the probate proceedings, appropriate orders would be passed therein.
List GA No. 4298 of 1999 and GA No. 1090 of 2000 along with PLA No. 93A of 1990 on June 22, 2016.
