Section 2(n) in Uttarakhand Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 2016
(n)"person" includes -(i)an individual;(ii)a Hindu undivided family;(iii)a company;(iv)a firm (including a limited liability partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008);(v)an association of persons or a body of individuals, whether incorporated or not;(vi)every artificial judicial person, not falling within any of the preceding sub-clauses.
