(2)(a)L.M.E. or D.M.E. or LM.R. or D.E.E.; or(b)(i)B.Sc. (Physics Main) and Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Subsidiary); and(ii)Workshop experience or teaching experience in a recognised institution for a period of not less than three years; or
