Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 11-7-2018
1. Petitioners have preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to pay them pay scale of Rs. 4750-7440/- Grade Pay Rs. 1300/- per month as given to other similarly placed employees of the department. The petitioners are daily wage employees posted in the department of the respondents.
2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents No. 5 and 6 to decide the representation Annexure P-4 within stipulated time.
3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents No. 5 and 6 shall decide the petitioners' representation Annexure P-4 within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order Court in accordance with law and procedure.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
