- The aquaculture seed laboratories notified under Section 9(1) shall carry out the following functions, namely:-(i)collect data continuously on the quality of Aquaculture seed produced by the hatcheries, other places of production or otherwise of any species purchased by farmers and make this data available to the State Aquaculture Seed Committee; and(ii)carry out such other functions, as may be, assigned to it by the State Level Committee from time to time.
