Section 99A(a) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(a)unless he is authorised in that behalf by the terms of his contract, resign his appointment or quit his employment without giving a notice in writing of not less than one month to the authority appointing him, of his intention so to do; or
