Judgment / Order 12/01/2017 It is admitted that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the DPC was held and the petitioners have been granted promotion. However, they are aggrieved with the date from which they have been promoted.
In view of these facts, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw these writ petition with liberty to file fresh seeking the promotion w.e.f. appropriate date.
Accordingly, the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
