Section 1 in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on September 20, 1975.
