Section 73(n) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(n)No officer who has a wife/husband living shall contract another marriage (without first obtaining the permission of the Committee), notwithstanding that such subsequent marriage is permissible under the personal law, for the time being applicable to him.
