Section 116(1) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(1)The Government shall as soon as may be after the commencement of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2003, and thereafter at the expiration of every third year, constitute by notification in the official Gazette, a Municipal Valuation Committee.
