(1)The statement to be furnished, under section 555(3) to the officer appointed by the Central Government, by the Official Liquidator in a winding-up by the Court and by a Liquidator in a voluntary winding-up, when making any payment of unclaimed dividends or undistributed assets into the Companies Liquidation Account in the Reserve Bank of India under sections 555(1) and (2), shall be in Form No. 159.(2)The Liquidator shall, whenever called upon by the Central Government to do so, certify whether a person claiming payment from the Companies Liquidation Account under section 555(7) is or is not entitled to the whole or any part of the amount claimed.
