2. Powers, duties and the functions of the Chairperson of the Council.
- The Chairperson of the Council,-(a)may call a meeting and the special meeting of the Council,(b)shall preside over at a meeting of the council,(c)may adjourn the meeting to a subsequent date if at any meeting there is no quorum,(d)shall watch over the financial and executive administration of the council and exercise general supervision and control.
