Section 4(b) in Rules of Contributory Provident Fund-Insurance-Pension Scheme (The Triple Benefit Scheme) for the Employees Serving in State Aided Educational Institutions run by Local Bodies or Private Managements
(b)An employee already in permanent service on the date of enforcement of these rules shall be given an option to elect these new rules or to continue to be governed by the existing rules applicable to him.
