Section 2(a) in The Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997
(a)[ "Apex cooperative" means a co-operative whose membership is open to co-operatives only and whose area of operation extends to the whole of the State. [Substituted by Act, 4 of 2013 w.e.f. 11.02.2013.]
