Section 8(1) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Rules, 2017
(1)In the matter of conduct, discipline and imposition of penalty, the provisions of the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the employees of the Bureau.
