Section 9(1) in The Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975
(1)For recruitment through Employment Exchange, in the requisition sent to the Exchange, the number of vacancies reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be specified against the total number of vacancies.
