                                   Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                     praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to
                     direct the fifth respondent to implement the undertakings given in the Peace
                     committee Meeting held on 15.12.2014 in Pa.Ve.8/2014/A1 by regularizing
                     the petitioner's service.

These writ petitions have been filed for directing the first to fourth respondent to direct the fifth respondent to implement the undertakings given in the Peace Committee Meeting held on 15.12.2014. Page 2 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.6301 to 6332 of 2015

2. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent submitted that during the pendency of these Writ Petitions, the petitioners in W.P.Nos.6303 to 6306, 6309 to 6311, 6313, 6315, 6318, 6320, 6321, 6322, 6324, 6327, 6328, 6329, 6331 and 6332 of 2015 have resigned their jobs and received all their terminal benefits. Therefore, those Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

3. Insofar as the other Writ Petitions are concerned, as per the undertaking given in the Peace Committee Meeting, the fifth respondent is providing nutritious meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner at the factory for all its workmen. The workmen are also provided with tea and snacks twice a day during their break time. Apart from the above, the fifth respondent is also providing buttermilk to beat the fierce summer heat. Further, the fifth respondent is also taking all efforts to provide quality healthcare to its workmen and ensure bi-annual health check-up for its workmen and also have a tie-up with Employees State Insurance. The fifth respondent also has tie-up with Vairam Hospital which also provides Page 3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.6301 to 6332 of 2015 ambulance facility to the fifth respondent unit. The other ancillary benefits such as free shoes, uniforms, contribution to women workmen at the time of their marriage and healthy working environment are also provided by the fifth respondent to its workmen.

4. Accordingly, undertakings given in the Peace Committee Meeting held on 15.12.2014 have been duly complied with.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.6301, 6302, 6307, 6308,6312, 6314, 6316, 6317, 6319,6323, 6325, 6326 and 6330 of 2015 are closed and the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.6303 to 6306, 6309 to 6311, 6313, 6315, 6318, 6320, 6321, 6322, 6324, 6327, 6328, 6329, 6331 and 6332 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
