Section 1 in The Basavakalyan Development Board Act, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Basavakalyan Development Board Act, 2005.(2)It extends to the area of Basavakalyan as defined in clause (b) of section 2.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.
