Section 41(1) in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
(1)The scheme shall come into force from the date as may be fixed by the State Government in sanctioning the scheme or from the date of adoption of the scheme as provided in sub-section (3) of Section 39, as the case may be and shall be implemented by the Authority itself or by such other authority as may be authorised by the State Government in tat behalf.
