Section 22(1) in The Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in Sections 20 and 21 every registered practitioner shall pay to the council such annual renewal fee as may be prescribed in this behalf by regulations for continuance of his name on the register.
