Section 1 in Goa, Daman and Diu - West Bengal Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Anatomy Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.(3)This section shall come into force at once.(4)The Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date and in such area as may be specified in the notification.
