Section 6(1) in The U.P. Promotion and Protection of Fruit Trees (Regulation of Harmful Establishments and Housing Schemes) Act, 1985
(1)Whoever contravenes the provisions of Section 5 shall be punished with simple imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to three thousand rupees or with both.
