Mr. V.B. Verma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 states that since learned Senior Counsel, who has to argue this case, is unavailable on account of some personal difficulty, prayer has been made on his behalf for an adjournment. Aforesaid prayer has been seriously opposed by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, but this Court deems it fit to adjourn the matter to some other date.
