(a)"Board" means the Central Silk Board constituted under this Act;

(aa)[ "Central Silk-worm Seed Testing Laboratory" means the Central Seed Testing Laboratory established or accredited under sub-section (1) of section 8G] [Inserted by Act 42 of 2006 (w.e.f. 13.9.2006) ]
